| Details: | SUMMARY: DBP alert DETAILS: I called and spoke with Debbie about the detection. We discussed where the sample was taken in the system. System chlorinates after the water leaves the well field and before a 300 gallon storage tank. The sample is taken at her residence and there is an occupied space after hers so this should not be a dead end. I referred her to HBH consulting for a system evaluation. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly monitoring and RAA in 2011 and contact HBH consulting for evaluation. | ||
