| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Initial positive is at 27900 Dike rd. He labeled it special at well head that was positive. Asked him to do a triggered source sample at well head and label it triggered. Also asked to do 3 repeats elsewhere in system. Let him know they will need to take 5 temporary routine in September. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on sampling. Sent public notice in case repeats are positive. | ||
