| Details: | Contacted the operator. He knew about the positive coliform sample. He said that he will check with the lab to be sure they will be out to take follow up samples. Reminded him that a source sample will be needed at the well & three repeats in the distribution system. I also suggested the chlorination system be checked. The residual was low in the sample. | ||
