| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: spoke to Debbie regarding latest monthly coliform sample which was positive. I explained that repeat testing would be required. Three distribution samples and one at each active source. This system has three active sources. I explained that one of the source samples would count as the fourth repeat. I also explained the source samples needed to be marked as a triggered source sample. Debbie stated that Gary Watts from Alpine Pump takes their samples. I called Gary and explained this information to him as well. I explained to both that no matter what the outcome of the repeat samples that five temporary routine distribution samples would be required for January. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of the repeat samples. | ||
