| Details: | I e-mailed Chris on Thursday 10/1/20 regarding the TC+ routine sample,. He was instructed to take three repeat samples and a triggered source sample. The three repeat distribution samples are positive. On Monday 10/5/20 I have verbal confirmation form Edge Analytical that the triggered source sample is also TC+. I sent Chris the following e-mail on 10/2/2020: Please schedule someone to shock chlorinate your water system. Once completed I would submit a special sample to insure it worked. Next month three temporary routine distribution samples must be collected. You will be required to submit a level 1 investigation due to the fact that the system had a positive sample in June. I have attached it for your review. You will receive a formal notice from the state regarding the level 1 investigation. The purpose is to see if the root cause of the issue can be identified and corrected.
