| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: System received violation for not enough repeats and no source sample following 10/18/10 positive coliform which was one of 5 temporary routines. System took 4 repeats in September and another 5 temporary routines in October. spoke with system and there was a problem with Coffey labs and where sample were supposed to be taken and sample was unable to be invalidated. As a result system willfully accepted the violation to save on the expense of the additional sampling. A single verification sample was taken 11/2 to ensure good water and I would agree with the systems logic. System has changed laboratories. ACTION NEEDED: Continued quarterly coliform sampling. Create a good coliform sampling plan and communicate with the lab to ensure sampling is done at the correct locations and per your sampling plan. | ||
