| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up coliform DETAILS: Called operator following original routine positive on 12/9 and discussed repeats sampling. 4 repeats on 12/13 showed well and cistern absent but two in distribution positive. Discussed possible caused and operator thinks it may be linked to a home on the system that could potentially be connected to its own old cistern. We discussed installing a DCVA to isolate this premises. We also discussed chlorinating the cistern with 1.5 gallons bleach to 6-7 ppm and taking verification samples in January. I will send system hard copy of public notice template. ACTION NEEDED: Correct problem, take follow up samples, can be as 5 temporary routines in January, send out public notice and work on installing DCVA at foster home. | ||
