| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up to customer complaint DETAILS: Customer said they had been without water for 2 days. Talked with operator he said water was off as a precautionary measure as trees were being remove. Bridge to portion of park had washed away and crews were cleaning up. Operator said customer was not supposed to return yet be had. Operator said he could turn on the water but it would take several hours to fill tank and replenish system. He also said system is chlorinated. ACTION NEEDED: Will follow up with resident tomorrow | ||
