Details: SUMMARY: Shutting down 8" main line. DETAILS: Call from Allen DRC. The city is going to shut down an 8 water main. There is only one house on the main line. The homeowners in the house have not paid their utility bill and the city is filing suit for theft of services. The city is unable to shut off the meter because of the threat of violence from the persons at the residence. ACTION NEEDED: Follow Best Management Practices when the 8 main resumes flowing.
