Details: SUMMARY: Forwarding information on Oil Spill in Columbia R. near Camas DETAILS: Notified Bob that there was a recent spill of oil from a barge in the Columbia River near Camas, and that approximately 1200 gal of oil had spilled about a week ago. Most being bermed off and contained. Bob appreciated the notification. Beaver pulls off Bradbury Slough, a side stream of the Columbia River near Clatskanie. I indicated that there were no specific sampling recommendations to date. ACTION NEEDED: System will continue to use intake on Columbia River. DWP to provide support to PGE Beaver as more information becomes available.
