Details: SUMMARY: Discussed OBDD/IFA funding for arsenic treatment system DETAILS: I called Laura after talking to Michelle Bilberry at the Oregon Infrastructure Finance Authority (IFA). The IFA sent a project notification intake form to Laura in November, but it has never been completed and returned. Michelle sent an email to Laura on January 28 requesting seeking information, and Laura has received the email, but had not responded as of our phone call this afternoon. ACTION NEEDED: The Drinking Water Program will proceed and immediately issue an administrative order.
