| Details: | SUMMARY: Request for invalidation of Pb results DETAILS: 12/9/10 Left message for Alan to call about Pb. Call back from Alan and he will check with Perry and call back on Tuesday to see why it is so high. Call to Lisa at spring Street Analytical and she will fax the results over for this test. Call back to Alan and the tests needs to be invalidated if no one had used the water in that until for a while. January 2011 - spoke with Alan about other issues and Pb was discussed again. Explained that a letter of explanation of why sample should be invalidated was necessary. 2/4/11 Alan has dropped off a notice requesting to have one sample from the last batch of Pb taken, be invalidated because it was taken in a mobile home that had been vacant for months. The sample in question exceeded the action level. He wishes to resample from one new location. ACTION NEEDED: Invalidate Pb sample from space #24 - bottle #3 Resample from another location in the park following proper sampling procedures for Pb | ||
