| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: spoke to Mr. Alder by phone. He stated an employee took the sample at an automatic faucet. Therefore, due to patrons waving there hands and touching the faucet, the sample failed. Because of the way the sample was taken Mr. Alder believes the sample was contaminated. ACTION NEEDED: follow up is predicated on results from the resample. Resample taken on 11/10/10. | ||
