| Details: | SUMMARY: Visit regarding fecal coliform DETAILS: 12/27/10 Visited with Jackie the owner and operator. I informed her that 5 additional source water samples would be required and if a positive sample was detected, a 4 log reduction would have to be achieved in accordance with the ground water rule. The system is chlorinated and maintains a residual as measured by Ms. Inman, of .5 to .8ppm chlorine. The reasoning and the rule was explained to Ms. Inman regarding the possibility of requiring a 4 log reduction. ACTION NEEDED: Action is predicated on the 5 repeat samples. | ||
