| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 12/12/10 DETAILS: Roger called to let me know all three samples were positive. He said the reservoir & lid has been covered with a tarp. It may be the underground tank has developed a crack. Roger has been working with circuit rider from OAWU has been helping the system. It was thought the lid on the reservoir was allowing rain to contaminate the tank. The system was disinfected & tank covered. Roger indicated the circuit rider will be called back out for further investigation. I let Roger know that 5 temporary routine samples for January. ACTION NEEDED: Roger will let me know what he & the circuit rider figure out. Monitor follow up testing & respond if necessary. | ||
