| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive total coliform 1/18/11 DETAILS: Called Faith and she had already known about the positive sample. The repeat sample were already scheduled. I let her know they will need a source sample that needs to be labeled triggered source. The other 3 distribution samples need to be labeled repeats. I also let her know that 5 temporary routine samples will be needed for February. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor repeat samples & respond if necessary. | ||
