| Details: | Routine samples results are positive for E. coli and total coliform. Tried to call operator but I was unable to get ahold of her. I then when out to her place and dropped off information such as the states letter, my business card and the flow chart that stated that 3 repeat samples should be taken in 24 hours. | ||
