Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform from distribution DETAILS: 12/4/10 Attempt to contact, phone number is disconnected. 12/30/10 stopped by and spoke with Emilio. Explained that there was a positive sample early in December and no repeat samples were taken. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples to be taken - 3 from distribution and 1 from the well. Public notice for not sampling. 5 temporary routine samples to be taken in January 2011
