| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive fecal coliform sample DETAILS: Fecal coliform call to operator and discussed. He said the 4 repeats were being taken ASAP as well as a triggered source water sample. All repeat samples came back negative except one which was positive for total coliform. He said they were addressing the issue and is the contamination couldnt be resolved then the site would be closed to the public. 5 temporary routines must be taken and submitted in January. ACTION NEEDED: Ensure temporary routines are taken and results submitted. | ||
