| Details: | SUMMARY: Total coliform DETAILS: Operator contacted 11/18/10 to discuss situation. Operator thinks there was a backflow issue that contaminated the system. The problem has been fixed and all relevant parties educated about backflow prevention. The system has been rechlorinated and 5 temporary routines will be taken and submitted in December. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples in December. | ||
