| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact with operator DETAILS: Water system is on the violation list with 20 points. I called the operator and discussed what has changed. System had the well camered and found no leakage. Kenneth Martin said they had 3 sections of well piping replaced over a year ago down in the 700 range. The pressure tanks were water logged and that was repaired. The well was shock chlorinated and since that time they have had no issues with coliform positives. ACTION NEEDED: State wants to Return to Compliance (RTC) this system. | ||
