Details: SUMMARY: Delivered testing schedule DETAILS: New operator contact, I delivered the testing schedule for 2011 and spoke to her regarding getting certified as an operator. The system was on the violation list so I made contact to encourage them to stay on track and up to date with all the testing. I had state set the radiological testing to once every 9 years, next test due 2020 ACTION NEEDED: none
