Details: SUMMARY: Respond to arsenic alert DETAILS: Mike is working with Brad Daniels regarding the civil penalty. Gina with nugget Property management requested the arsenic public notice template and is assisting Mike with public notice. I sent Gina an email today requesting a copy of the latest notice and told Mike to make sure all residents have a copy. Waiting for update information regarding arsenic treatment installation. ACTION NEEDED: Updated public notice to be posted to all residents and a copy submitted to lane county
