| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: Operator called to discuss his violation score. One of the 5 point items was for non reporting a public notice. DHS has been sent the posting and is awaiting logging into the data base. Vine to request the Dec.20th samples for well #1 & 6 be changed to triggered so another violation point can be subtracted from the total. Score will be 5 points. Operator sent in routine samples for coliform today to TD lab. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
