| Details: | SUMMARY: Respond to coliform alert DETAILS: spoke with Don regarding positive coliform Don said he took the sample from a faucet that had a screen on it and he possibly touched the lid. I explained the proper steps to take a water sample to Don and told him I would show him how to take the samples in the future if needed. Don already submitter 4 samples form the distribution. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results. 5 temporary routine samples required in February 2011 | ||
