| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate collected 12/30/10 at level of 6.12ppm DETAILS: 1/19/11 I called Juan and informed him the most recent nitrate is over one half of the MCL and that quarterly sampling is now required. 1/20/11 I spoke with Pastor Brian and discussed the elevated sample results and quarterly sampling with him. 1/20/11 Letter sent to the system regarding the monitoring scheduling change. ACTION NEEDED: Nitrate needs to be monitored quarterly beginning 1st quarter 2011 | ||
