| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: An annual source assessment sample from well #1 SRC-AA tested positive for Ecoli. I called john and left a message with instructions on repeat sampling and my phone number. I also called and spoke with Steve Krupicka and advised him to collect five source samples today. He said he could collect them by tomorrow morning at the latest and added that he thought the positive sample could have been the result of sampling through a garden hose. 12/29/10 See next alert ACTION NEEDED: Five confirmation samples at the source are due within 24 hours. | ||
