| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic above MCL tested 1/5/11 DETAILS: The Running Annual Average(RAA) also exceeds the MCl. I spoke with Norm today, brought up the recent exceedance and my letter to Evergreen Meadows on 7/20/10 notifying them that corrective action is required. He informed me that system does not have plans to install treatment. I explained that the state will be taking enforcement action. I emailed Brad Daniels about this contact. ACTION NEEDED: Must take corrective action as spelled out in the 7/20/10 letter sent by our office. | ||
