| Details: | SUMMARY: Phthalate above the detection limit of 0.006 DETAILS: I called Greg and informed him to collect a confirmation sample which will be averaged with the 10/12/10 sample. I advise to collect ASAP but within 2 weeks. 1/26/11 Phthalate sample collected 11/16/10 tested no detect. The average of the 2 is less than the MCL. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
