| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: I spoke with Stephanie and she informed me that one triggered source sample and 3 distribution samples were collected today and that Randy Pagan shock chlorinated the system prior to the samples being collected. I told her that was not acceptable. I advised to close the restaurant if there is more than 4ppm chlorine in the system. I called the lab and spoke with Kim who agreed to call me when they receive the repeat samples. She will measure the chlorine level and let me know what it is. 12/31/10 After further discussion with Stephanie, two distribution samples were collected prior to chlorination and the well was not chlorinated, 2 storage tanks were shock chlorinated. I advised her to submit the 2 distribution samples that were collected prior to chlorination along with 2 source samples to the lab. ACTION NEEDED: See next alert | ||
