| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform & Ecoli DETAILS: I spoke with Stephanie and her mother, Vicki, came in to the office. We informed them the restaurant needs to close and a boil water notice posted and the system needs to be disinfected. Desert Pump came to disinfect the system 12/30/10. 12/31/10 - Five samples collect with one testing positive for total coliform. I advised Stephanie if these samples were going to be collected the chlorine would have to be completely absent from the system. The boil water notice stands. 1/3/11 Stephanie will call Desert Pump and inform them there was a positive sample following the disinfection. I advised that 5 temporary routines need to be submitted in January after successful disinfection and with zero chlorine residual. 1/4/11 - Stephanie did not contact Desert Pump, instead she collected 5 temporary routine and all negative. I told Stephanie she could lift the boil notice and open the restaurant. ACTION NEEDED: Sample due second quarter 2011 | ||
