| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: The 4 repeat samples taken 1/4/11 all positive. I spoke with both water system and Quinns plumbing on 1/6/11 and they will be working together to shock chlorinate the system Monday 1/10/11. Additionally a public notice will be issued on 1/6/11 and will remain in effect until additional water tests are taken that show the water to be free of coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Shock chlorinate the system. Issue public notice for coliform violation. Take 5 routine samples in February 2011 | ||
