| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I spoke with system this morning. They already took its 4 repeat samples 1/13/11 and provided shock chlorination treatment later that same dya after the samples had been pulled. We are awaiting the rsults of the 4 repeat samples before taking any additional action. If nexessary, a tier 2 notice will be issued. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of 4 repeat samples. | ||
