| Details: | SUMMARY: Quarterly sample positive for total coliform DETAILS: Received alert 12/15/10. I attempted to call 12/16/10 but the phone rings and then simply hangs up without being able to leave a voice message. I visited the site on the afternoon of 12/16 and unable to locate any management. I spoke with a tenant regarding the situation and asked her to pass along the message to current management. I also left my business card at the door of the current manager asking for a call back but have not received a call back as of 12/17/10. I will send a letter to the system, attached. Stating the requirements as well as continue to attempt making direct contact with system. ACTION NEEDED: System to take 5 repeat samples, one at the well itself, a triggered sample and 4 throughout the system according to SDWIS the system has both a UV light and chlorinator but I was not able to verify this on 12/16/10 | ||
