| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli DETAILS: Repeat samples 1/19/11 positive for coliform. Sample dated 1/20/11 marked triggered sample positive for coliform/Ecoli. Phone call to Steve verified they are still on a boil water. The well has been chlorinated since the last sample and a sump pump placed in the vault. Steve mentioned they were adding a UV light to the system next week. Asked him to hold off on such an addition because more may be required of the system. Steve will take four more source/trigger samples this week. The system will be re evaluated after the results of samples. Also discussed the elevation of the vault and its location in the parking lot. ACTION NEEDED: Continue boil water, take 4 more source samples to equal five source samples. | ||
