| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed sellement agreement related to the recently assessed civil penalty DETAILS: I called Mike to discuss his review of the proposed settlement and to determine if he desired any revisions to the agreement prior to signing. He said the language in the agreement is tolerable, and he didnt have any changes to request or recommend. He is moving forward with obtaining an estimate for the cost of installing treatment and obtaining funding through the SDWRLF. I will print a final copy for signature by Mike and mail it to him immediately. He said he will sign the agreement with a notary and then mail it back to the Program. ACTION NEEDED: Print a final copy of the settlement agreement and mail it to Mike. | ||
