Details: SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: System had positive coliform and Ecoli on routine followed by 1 of 4 repeats with total coliform. Called Steve and requested he post a boil water notice and take 4 more repeat samples. I emailed Steve public notice and asked him to provide a copy back to me. I also reminded him to take 5 routines in February. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeats, advise operator
