| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed Ecoli DETAILS: Spoke to jay about next steps in response to positive Ecoli. System can shock the well immediately and after all chlorine has been purged, a couple days later, I would recommend the system take a special sample. If the sample comes back positive system needs to initiate the plan review process for 4 log reduction. I sample negative they will need to go to monthly assessment monitoring. If any of those samples come back Ecoli positive system will need to go to 4 log reduction. Long term corrections may be to drill a new well redrill the existing well (may be risky). Shawn Stevenson did a well evaluation that I should be receiving a copy of soon. I called Dan to discuss 1/25/11 ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
