Details: SUMMARY: DBP violation DETAILS: James called to tell me he had a waiver for the DBP and he faxed it to me. The waiver is only for DBP stage 2. I called him back and told him he would still need to sample for DBPs. He was taking the sample today. ACTION NEEDED: none
