Details: SUMMARY: Monitoring violations DETAILS: System has continuing and on going violations for monitoring requirements. Attempts to communicate with system in the past have had no success. This letter attached is another attempt to work with system but am also referring this matter to Brad Daniels for enforcement. Sent letter stating they need to sample for arsenic, IOC, VOC. SOC rads, lead & copper. ACTION NEEDED: Sample
