| Details: | Left a voicemail with Vince Richards, and spoke with the water operators, Joni and Randy Chandler, near the water system pumphouse. They feel the cause may be from a malfunctioning pump on the chlorination system. The routine water sample was taken by an employee of Box R Labs. It will be under the discretion of Mr. Richards to who will conduct the repeat sampling. The water system is to take and report the following water samples: -3 Repeat Total Coliform samples within 24 hours of a TC+ Routine Sample to be reported by 10/16/2020 at DIST-A -2 Triggered Source Assessment sample(s) to be taken and reported by 10/16/2020 1 at SRC-BA - WELL #2 - EAST 1 at SRC-BB - WELL #3 - SOUTH It is recommended that the water operators make sure the chlorination system is fully operational and flush the distribution system. |
