| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed civil penalty settlement DETAILS: I called Jan to verify that she has reviewed the settlement agreements for Echo Mountain and Riverbend Park. She did review the agreements, and has found all of the terms acceptable, escept she doesnt believe she can pay the full amount of the Echo Mountain penalty at one time. Due to the size of the Echo Mountain penalty, DWP will collect 5% of the assessed penalty at the time of that agreement. Otherwise, the terms were fine and I will print the settlements and mail them to the Durettes for signing. ACTION NEEDED: Mail final agreements and expect them returned by approximately March 12. | ||
