| Details: | SUMMARY: E. coli Positive Alert Resonse DETAILS: 2/24 - Received alert for E. coli positive raw source assessment sample collected 2/22/11. Called and left a voice message for Carolyn. Called Sherri at Box R Lab. Sherri will send five bottles for the required confirmation samples by UPS overnight. No treated sample was collected on 2/22. 2/25 - Spoke with Carolyn. She said it was very windy outside when the sample was collected and that may have affected the sample result. I advised that Amy Baker would meet her on site Monday 2/28 to collect the required five untreated confirmation samples and a treated routine sample collected after the UV unit. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect confirmation, routine samples. | ||
