| Details: | SUMMARY: Suspected transmission line break DETAILS: Micah Olson of Hiland WC called this morning to report that starting Sunday afternoon they had received calls alerting them of water outages on the upper Boulder Creek WS. Hiland had been onsite on Saturday afternoon and the system was functioning fine. On Sunday afternoon, in response to the calls, they checked the water level in the upper reservoir and it was empty - they turned off the valve to the DS (the lower reservoir was full). They are on site this morning to open valve on upper reservoir and search for breaks in the transmission line. They suspect there will be at least a few hours of service to the upper system customers this morning as water was being pumped to the reservoir since yesterday. Micah will keep DWP informed as to the findings. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for notification of resolution of current leak(s). | ||
