Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: Called restaurant and spoke to manager. She said Ken was out but should be back later in the day. I told her to let Ken know the nitrate sample was at 8.2 and should be considerably less after treatment. I let her know that if they havent already they should get the service company out to figure out what is wrong with the unit. She said she would let Ken know. 2/8/11 Ken called left message for me to let me know that Fisher Pump was out to service the unit. I called him back & left a message letting him know he should probably take his 2011 nitrate sample to see if the unit is operating properly ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further nitrate sampling
