| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic DETAILS: During survey arsenic turned out to be taken at a non approved lab. I sent in the results to the state and it turned out the Washington lab had never been approved by ORELAP. I called Barbara and let her know the sample results would not count and she said she will have the sample taken by Pyxis the next time. I told her that will work. She sent in the sample to this office 2/8/11 I will forward the results to the state. This resolves all significant deficiencies from 11/8/10 survey. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
