| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform non reporting follow up DETAILS: Called operator and he explained that Pyxis lab had attempted to take a sample but could not due to heavy snow. They sent sample bottles but system did not submit. A 1st quarter sample has been taken 1/3/11 ACTION NEEDED: System may change to a local lab. Continue to take quarterly samples and submit results. | ||
