Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform follow up DETAILS: Positive coliform 1/19/11. Called manager and pyxis lab did not take 4th quarter sample so sent bottles and maintenance supervisor took sample. Todd is unsure of sampling technique. Discussed 4 required repeats and he will take when hes back in town next week. System is not open, closed November through February. Gave Todd names of two local labs as he stated that Pyxis no longer has anyone. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeats ASAP and results will dictate any future action. 5 temporary routines required following month but system will not be open. May reevaluate this upon open.
