| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: Called Sally about the 5.4ppm nitrate result on 1/31/11. She stated nitrate test was a source water sample at the request of the Plan Review Coordinator. It was supposed to be designated as a special test but the alert shows it as a routine test. The firm is using an ion exchange unit to treat for nitrates. The routine test on 6/21/10 was a nitrate test after treatment and was only 1.0ppm ACTION NEEDED: Change nitrate result from 1/31/11 from routine to special. | ||
