| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan review on well reconstruction DETAILS: Ed is preparing the design for the well reconstruction. He wanted to be sure that a pitless adapter allows the casing to be installed below grade. I said yes, though there needs to be a vault with a weather-tight seal around the access door(s), a sump pump, and that the vault should be positioned such that fluids would drain away from it as opposed to onto it. Pump to waste piping can be installed in the vault and the sample tap can be in the vault or the first access in the building with clear labeling as a sample tap. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
